01 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "888ace" / "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at 888ace.cam, including all games, cashier functions, promotional systems, and support services accessible through that domain.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who registers an account on the 888ace platform and uses any of its services.
• "Account" means the registered personal account held by a Player on the 888ace platform, used to access games, deposit and withdraw funds, and manage all account-related settings.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback amount, reload bonus, or any other incentive offered to Players by 888ace subject to specific promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount) must be staked on eligible games before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn.
• "PHP" / "₱" means Philippine Peso, the official currency of the Republic of the Philippines and the sole currency used for all 888ace transactions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the identity and age verification process required for account approval and withdrawal processing.
• "Self-Exclusion" means the voluntary account restriction requested by a Player to suspend their own access to the 888ace platform for a defined or indefinite period.

References to "these Terms" include all supplementary policies and guidelines published on the 888ace platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement by reference.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The 888ace platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which the account is active. This requirement is non-negotiable and absolute. 888ace will conduct age verification as part of the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, all deposits will be refunded to the source payment method where feasible, and any accumulated winnings will be forfeited in their entirety.

2.2 Jurisdiction

By registering on 888ace, you confirm that online gaming is not prohibited in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform. Players are responsible for determining whether participation in online casino games is lawful in their location. 888ace does not accept liability for any breach of local laws by players who choose to use the platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active 888ace account. Registering multiple accounts using the same identity, mobile number, email address, payment method, device, or IP address constitutes a violation of these Terms. 888ace reserves the right to close all accounts associated with an individual found to hold duplicate accounts and to forfeit any bonuses or winnings generated across those accounts.

2.4 Accurate Information

All registration information provided to 888ace must be accurate, current, and complete at the time of registration and must be kept up to date thereafter. This includes full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account suspension and closure.

2.5 Account Credentials

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their 888ace login username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity performed using your 888ace login credentials will be attributed to your account and treated as authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally carried out that activity.

03 Account Verification (KYC)

888ace reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time. KYC verification is mandatory before processing withdrawal requests and may be required at other stages of the account lifecycle. Accepted documents for Philippine players include:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) issued birth certificate or national ID
• Valid Philippine passport
• Philippine driver's licence issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Voter's ID issued by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC)
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement not older than three months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., GCash account screenshot showing registered name and mobile number)

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe — typically fourteen (14) calendar days from the request date — may result in account suspension. 888ace will not process withdrawal requests from unverified accounts. All KYC documents are handled in accordance with the 888ace Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

888ace accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) through the following supported channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Cashier page and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your 888ace account balance within the timeframe displayed during the deposit process.

888ace does not charge fees on deposits. However, third-party fees imposed by your payment provider (e.g., GCash transaction charges) are beyond 888ace's control and are the Player's responsibility. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, where technically available. In cases where this is not possible, 888ace will coordinate with the Player to arrange an alternative withdrawal channel also registered in the Player's name. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Cashier section and are subject to change.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to KYC verification completion and internal security review. 888ace reserves the right to extend this period in cases requiring additional verification. Players who have active bonus wagering requirements must complete those requirements before a withdrawal of bonus-related funds can be processed.

4.3 Currency

All 888ace account balances, transactions, and game displays are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). There are no hidden currency conversion fees. The amount displayed in your 888ace account balance is the amount in PHP available to play or withdraw.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

888ace offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time of each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail for the bonus in question.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, all bonuses awarded by 888ace are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or the combined deposit and bonus amount, as stated in the specific promotion) must be staked on eligible games before any winnings derived from the bonus can be requested for withdrawal. Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type; live dealer games and sports betting markets may contribute at a different rate than slots.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses and associated winnings expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Upon expiry, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it will be removed from the Player's account without further notice.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

888ace reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus in cases where it is determined that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting wagering requirements through low-risk betting strategies, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, misrepresenting identity to qualify for new-player offers, or any other conduct that circumvents the intended spirit of a promotion. Suspected bonus abuse may result in account suspension pending investigation.

06 Gameplay and Fair Use

All games available on 888ace are sourced from licensed third-party game providers and use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently audited for fairness. 888ace does not alter or interfere with game outcomes. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are as certified by the respective game provider.

Players acknowledge that all gaming outcomes are determined by chance and that past results do not influence future outcomes. 888ace is not responsible for any losses incurred during gameplay. The Company does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times and accepts no liability for service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond its reasonable control.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session that prevents the correct determination of a result, 888ace reserves the right to declare the affected game round void and return the stake to the Player's account balance. Winnings awarded due to a software malfunction or error will not be honoured and will be reclaimed from the Player's account.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 888ace platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or if online gaming is prohibited in your jurisdiction
• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account policy
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification
• Using software, tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to automate gameplay, obtain unfair advantage, or manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform component
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or poker game formats
• Using the 888ace platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new account after requesting exclusion under an existing account
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 888ace staff or other platform users

08 Account Suspension and Closure

888ace reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) months, a Player request for account closure or self-exclusion, or regulatory requirement.

In cases of account closure due to a Player's breach of these Terms, 888ace reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud, money laundering, or exploitation of platform errors, the entire balance will be forfeited and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 888ace support. Upon receiving a verified closure request, 888ace will process any remaining verified balance (subject to outstanding wagering requirements) to the Player's registered payment method and deactivate the account. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

09 Responsible Gaming

888ace is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. The platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are accessible directly from the account dashboard without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps that restrict the total amount a Player can deposit within the specified period
• Session Time Reminders: Alerts that notify a Player when a pre-defined session duration has been reached
• Loss Limits: Automatic account restrictions that activate when a Player's net loss reaches a specified PHP threshold within a defined period
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary account suspension for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion

Players who activate a self-exclusion may not circumvent the exclusion by opening a new 888ace account during the exclusion period. Any account opened in violation of an active self-exclusion will be closed and any winnings generated will be forfeited. 888ace strongly encourages Players who are experiencing difficulties related to gambling to make use of these tools and to seek external support where needed.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 888ace platform, including but not limited to the 888ace brand name, logo, game graphics, software, database structures, promotional materials, written content, and user interface design, is the intellectual property of 888ace or its licensed third-party providers. No content from the 888ace platform may be reproduced, distributed, published, scraped, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from 888ace.

888ace grants Players a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights and may be revoked at any time upon account closure or breach of these Terms.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 888ace's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 888ace platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to 888ace in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

888ace expressly excludes liability for: losses arising from a Player's own gambling decisions; technical service interruptions; losses caused by a Player's failure to maintain account security; losses resulting from a Player's breach of these Terms; or any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind. Nothing in these Terms limits 888ace's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

888ace collects and processes personal data from Players in accordance with the 888ace Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at 888ace.cam/privacy-policy. By registering an account, Players consent to the collection, storage, and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

888ace complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Player data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with identity verification service providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies strictly as required to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations.

13 Amendments to These Terms

888ace reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file, a notice displayed within the 888ace platform, or both. The amended Terms will be effective from the date specified in the notice.

Continued use of the 888ace platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not agree with the amended Terms, they must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the amendment. Players who close their accounts prior to the effective date of any amendment will not be bound by the amended Terms with respect to past activity.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 888ace holds its operating authorisation. In the event of any dispute arising between a Player and 888ace that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the support team, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts or dispute resolution bodies designated under 888ace's operating framework.

Players are encouraged to contact 888ace support in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution before initiating any formal dispute process. 888ace is committed to resolving all legitimate player disputes fairly and in a reasonable timeframe.
